Pic's from my very first tablescape

Greetings Ladies,

We've been so busy that I've not had an opportunity to play and make tablescapes or tabletops for that matter.  It's official our daughter moved today.

I went back quickly to see if I had pictures of tablescapes or tabletops I've not highlighted and found the first one I ever did and actually took pictures of.

My first introduction to tablescaping was on the Food Network with Sandra Lee Semi-Homemade.  She always showed beautiful tablescapes that went along with the themed foods she would make.  I googled tablescapes and that's all it took!  That's how I found many of you and the rest is history!

So, I'm showing you my very first tablescape.  My pictures weren't the best, but I was proud of my first endeavor featuring a Valentine tablescape.

Valentine Table for two!  I was so proud of this table!  Loved the gold chargers and gold flatware.  Not bad for a beginner!

Loved the red goblets.  I borrowed those from my girls.
Adding this last one is for good measure.  A tabletop outside on the front porch.

It's my pleasure to join this week:

Marty at A Stroll Thru Life Table Top Tuesdsay.
Sandi at Rose Chintz Cottage Tea Time Tuesday.

Hope you have a wonderful week!

Blessings,

  2. Hello LaDonna,
I hope your daughter will be happy at her new home. Blessings for her. Thank you for sharing this nice tablescape. Althought it is the first shared tablescape, it is a wonderful table. May I invite you for a tea, too, when you have time again?
    Best greetings, Johanna

  6. Hi LaDonna...

My friend, your table for two is sooo elegant! I love white and gold paired together...and with the splashes of red...well, it's just gorgeous! Thank you for sharing your lovely table with us.

Well dear friend, I do apologize for being so late to get by for a visit. This summer really has been a busy one for us...my blogging and visiting has really suffered. I'm so glad that you stopped by for a visit! Thank you sooo much for your sweet note. I hope that you and your dear family are all doing well! Have you been keeping busy this summer? Take care, sweet lady!

    Love ya,
    Chari

  7. Love your apple tablescape. I also have an apple kitchen. I also have your white lamp and wire tea cup which I put a chain on it and put a robins nest and bird in it hanging on my deck. Thanks for sharing your thoughts and scriptures.

Feeling like Aqua

Hi Everyone! This spring season I've noticed everywhere I go the stores are decorating with teal, aqua and pretty greens.  March mark...
