I always thought that I had cute feet that is until my husband informed me that they weren't. You see he doesn't like feet he never has and probably never will. (This is probably just a man thing).
Our daughter, Jessica has inherited her mom's feet (that would be me!). She brags on how beautiful they are. She faithfully polishes and buffs them and when she can she'll get pedicures, and then wears the cutest little sandal shoes to show off her feet and toe-nail color! Jessica is so proud of them!
Whether you have cute feet or not, the bible says, "How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the gospel of peace, who brings glad tidings of good things!" Romans 10:15
The Lord will give us opportunities to share the message of Jesus to our neighbors, co-workers, friends and family. This is sometimes difficult for me because I'm not a "in your face kind of person," but with the Lord's help it's getting easier to share with others.
I want to have beautiful feet! How about you?

ReplyDeleteI think you and jessica have cute feet and toes....what do men know anyway about feet....i love to see what color polish you and jess have on them,so it gives me ideas for mine.....lol....give me a pedicure any day, but i'm doing them myself, it sure isnt easy painting those PIGGIES...i always do this little Piggie went to market song.....
But, you are right....Jesus wants us to have "CLEAN" feet and a Clean and pure soul before him...He wants us to take those clean feet and pure souls out into the WORLD THAT HAS SO MUCH IMPURITY and FILTH.....
Jesus is preparing each one of us to get out there and SHARE THE WORD OF THE GOSPEL for those who are LOST and for those who are HURTING...He is cleansing us everyday so that we will be READY when HE says GO AND PLANT YOUR SEEDS AND REACH MY PEOPLE THRU MY WORD....We are HIS disciples, He gives us JOURNEYS to go on to reach the LOST, sometimes it may be right in our town or it can be many miles away, but no matter the distance our Lord God,Our Savior,will prepare that way for us...
I am ready for that journey and I am ready to do whatever God has in store for me....When he says "FOLLOW ME", I follow....I ask no questions....
